产品说明：
由全丙烯酸酯类复合乳液、**无机填料配制而成的功能性底漆，外墙抗碱封闭底漆就是通过在丙烯酸分子链上接枝环氧基因而改性，因而强化了传统底漆欠缺的抗碱、防盐的功能。

Product description:
The alkali-resistant close primer for exterior wall refers to the functional primer prepared by full acrylics composite emulsion and natural inorganic filler. The alkali-resistant seal primer for exterior wall is modified by grafting epoxy resin on the acrylic molecular chain, thereby, strengthening the alkali resistance and salt control that the traditional primer lacks.

 

产品特性：

1、封闭基底，渗透到基材内部结构，堵塞基底中的毛细孔，降低基底中开放孔数量，增多封闭孔数，抑制涂料水分的渗透，使渗透变得均匀，使基底对上层涂料的吸收变得均匀。
2、封闭底漆能防止水分，抗碱隔离作用，对基层的碱分能有效隔离，防止碱分的渗出破坏涂层。
3、对疏松薄弱的基底进行补强作用，加固基底。
Product feature:

1. The seal primer penetrates the internal structure of base material, to block the pore in the substrate, reduce the quantity of open hole in the substrate, increase the closed hole, inhibit the permeation of water in the coating, thus, the penetration becomes uniform, and the absorption of substrate to the upper coating becomes uniform.
2. The seal primer can prevent the moisture, it has alkali-resistant insulation effect to effectively isolate the alkaline composition of base and prevent the exuded and damaged coating of alkaline composition.
3. It has the reinforcement effect to the loose and weak substrate to strengthen the substrate.
 
适用范围：

水泥砂浆面、混泥土面、石膏板、木板、各种纤维板、金属板等。

Scope of application:

Cement mortar, concrete surface, gypsum board, board, various fiber boards, metal plate, etc.

 

注意事项：

1、基面强度达5kgf/cm2以上，含水率10%以下，PH值10以下，基面养护20日以上，基面平整度2mm以下。

2、施工天候：气温5℃以上，空气湿度85％以下。

3、干燥时间：全干24HR，指触3HR。

Precautions: 

4. The strength of base reaches 5kgf/cm2 above, its moisture content is below 10%, its PH value is 10 below, it is cured for more than 20 days, and its flatness is below 2mm.

5. Construction weather: The air temperature is 5℃ above, and the air humidity is below 85%.

6. Drying time: 24HR for being fully dry and 3HR for dry tack-free.

 

推荐施工工艺与用量：

喷涂或滚涂每平方用量约0.15-0.2kg.

Recommended construction process and dosage: 

The dosage for spraying or roll painting is bout 0.15-0.2kg/m2.
